About VEGA
VEGA exists for the girl whose potential outshines her circumstances. We open doors to college, to community, and to women who have walked the path before her.
Through financial assistance, mentorship from women leaders and the Business and Professional Women (BPW) network, and long-term guidance, our scholars step into rooms they were always meant to be in.
And one day, they reach back — and light the next.
How It Works
We identify deserving girls with extraordinary potential and provide the financial and emotional support to begin college with confidence.
Each scholar is paired with women leaders and BPW mentors who guide her through college, career, and the becoming of herself.
VEGA scholars return as mentors and supporters — a growing constellation of women, each lighting the next.

Mentorship
BPW Junior is a non-profit organization and is part of the larger BPW or Business Professional Women.
BPW is an influential international network of business and professional women from more than 100 countries on 5 continents with Consultative Status at ECOSOC/United Nations. Founded in 1930, BPW International develops the professional, leadership and business potential of women on all levels through mentoring, networking, skill building and economic empowerment programs and projects around the world. BPW Junior Philippines is the first group of under-18 girls under BPW International to aim to help younger women towards achieving their goals in different aspects of life and pathways of the future such as business, arts, sports, and STEM.
